How much does a house cleaner cost in London?
Regular weekly or fortnightly cleans start at £27 per hour with Hausio, with a 5-hour minimum. One-off cleans are £30/hr, deep cleans £45/hr, end-of-tenancy £32/hr. Cleaning products can be added for £15 per visit; you can also supply your own. Bookings inside the Central London Congestion Zone (EC, WC, W1, SW1, SE1) carry a flat £18 access charge.
How long should a deep clean take in a London flat?
A 1-bed flat usually needs 5 hours or more, a 2-bed 5–7 hours, and a 3-bed house 7–9 hours. End-of-tenancy cleans add 1–2 hours for oven, fridge and limescale work that letting agents expect for the deposit return.
Do you offer end-of-tenancy cleans with deposit-back guarantee?
Yes. Our end-of-tenancy clean follows the checklist used by most major London letting agents. If your landlord or agent flags a cleaning issue within 72 hours of completion, we return free of charge to fix it.
