About Hausio
Hausio is a London home-services company started by two cleaners who, through moving jobs, built a team of professionals they trusted. Man and van, handyman, cleaning and specialist jobs — furniture assembly, TV mounting, garden clearance, waste removal and painting. One booking, vetted people, one bill.
Our story
Before Hausio had a name, it was two of us cleaning London homes and helping people move.
We began as two cleaning specialists working London homes ourselves: end-of-tenancy cleans, deep cleans, weekly visits. We learned what a home actually needs by doing the work with our own hands, and we kept one rule from day one: leave a place the way we would want our own home left.
Moving jobs took us into flats and houses across the city, and on those days we kept meeting the same kind of people: handymen, movers and cleaners who turned up on time, did the job properly and cared about the result. Over time that circle became a team of professionals we trusted with our own customers.
We started Hausio so that people could spend their time living, not cleaning, packing or fixing. One trusted team, one booking, clear prices and £0 to pay until the job is done. That is the company we wanted to hire ourselves, so we built it.

How Hausio works

Most homes don't need a specialist firm for every little thing. Hausio brings man and van, handyman and cleaning under one roof, so a move, a repair and an end-of-tenancy clean can be one coordinated booking instead of three.
You see the rate, minimum booking time and selected extras before you submit — handyman from £65 for the first hour, man and van from £65/hour and TV mounting from £55. We confirm the final quote after reviewing the job details.
We work across all 32 London boroughs, seven days a week from 8am to 8pm. Our teams know the parking zones, the estate lifts and the conservation rules street by street — so access is sorted before we arrive, not argued about on the day.
