Regular weekly or fortnightly cleans start at £22 per hour with Hausio, with a 2-hour minimum. One-off cleans are £26/hr, deep cleans £28/hr, end-of-tenancy £32/hr. All cleaning products and equipment are included in the rate. Bookings inside the Central London Congestion Zone (EC, WC, W1, SW1, SE1) carry a flat £18 access charge.
How long should a deep clean take in a London flat?
A 1-bed flat usually needs 4–5 hours, a 2-bed 5–7 hours, and a 3-bed house 7–9 hours. End-of-tenancy cleans add 1–2 hours for oven, fridge and limescale work that letting agents expect for the deposit return.
