Model name (Pax, Malm, etc.) or a photo of the IKEA receipt is enough. For Wayfair-type pieces, the product link tells us what we're dealing with.
If IKEA Wembley delivery is £40 and you'd rather we collect-and-build, we'll quote a combined man-and-van + assembly slot. Often cheaper than store delivery.
One Pax in a bedroom blocks the room for ~2 hours. We'll tell you on arrival roughly when we'll be done so you can plan around it. Cardboard goes out with us if you'd like.

Furniture assembly FAQ
A standard Pax frame with two doors is £85 flat-rate. Add £15 per extra pair of doors and £20 for glide-rail drawer kits. Typically 1.5–2 hours' work; tipped into place not lifted, so no cracked side panels in low-ceiling flats.
Yes — drill, hex keys, mallet, spirit level, stud finder, tape measure. You only need to hold on to the IKEA fittings bag (cams, dowels, screws) — those are model-specific.
We check the manifest before opening the sealed fittings bag. If anything is genuinely missing, we stop at the latest safe stage, log the IKEA part number, and return for a short follow-up at £45 once you've reordered the spare — no second minimum.
