1 man + van starts at £65/hr with Hausio (3-hour minimum). 2 men + van £90/hr, 3 men + van £115/hr. A larger Luton van adds £15/hr. Bookings inside the Congestion Zone (EC, WC, W1, SW1, SE1) carry a flat £18 access charge.
Usually 3–4 hours door-to-door with 1 man + van; 2–3 hours with 2 men. Stairs (no-lift Victorian buildings), parking distance and heavy furniture are the biggest variables.
Same-day single-item delivery and small studio/1-bed moves are usually possible in Zones 1–3 if booked before 11:00. Larger 2-bed and house moves need 24–48 hours' notice.
