Book home cinemaHow a London TV mount visit works
The TV model number tells us the VESA pattern and weight. A photo of the wall (and what's plugged in where) tells us cable run, power socket position, and whether we need a stud detector or a hammer drill.
Fixed by screen size. If you need a bracket, we bring one to match — at the trade price we paid, with the receipt if you want it.
Mount goes up, TV goes on, we check the angle from the sofa, run the power-on test, and walk you through the bracket's tilt range so you can adjust later.
London TV mounting we do every week
Canary Wharf, Stratford, Bermondsey — toggle anchors into the stud, never just plasterboard plugs for a 55".
Islington, Stoke Newington, Hackney Victorians — hammer drill into the brick, sleeve anchors, no chase into the lime mortar.
Vauxhall and Battersea towers — SDS into concrete, M8 wedge anchors, dust extraction so the carpet survives.
Chelsea, South Kensington, Notting Hill — surface trunking, no chase, removable on lease end.
Hampstead and Kilburn — TV plus Sonos Beam, Sky Q relocated, cables hidden behind the headboard.
Clerkenwell and Shoreditch — two-person lift, conference VESA mounts, HDMI run to a ceiling drop.

TV mounting FAQ
£75 fixed in London, whether the wall is plasterboard, brick or reinforced concrete. Add £40 for in-wall cable concealment, £20 for surface trunking on solid masonry.
Yes, but we'll usually try to talk you out of it. Heat above an active fire voids most TV warranties, and the viewing angle is bad for your neck. On a sealed electric or decorative-only chimney breast it's fine — a tilt bracket helps. For active fires, a side-of-chimney pull-out arm is the better solution.
Either way works. Bring your own, or we bring one at trade cost — £25–£60 for fixed/tilt, £80–£140 for full-motion arms. No markup. If you've already got one, send us the model number so we can confirm the VESA and weight rating.
Send us the model and a wall photo. We'll quote you a fixed price.
